Responsibilities include:
- Plan and execute paid digital media campaigns for diverse array of B2B and B2C brands
- Media property evaluation and recommendations based on most effective opportunities and position to deliver success against mandated KPIs
- Create media plan flowcharts and media buy authorizations
- Maintain and organize all media budget documents and paperwork
- Manage day-to-day tasks associated with stewarding client-approved media plans
- Develop objective-based performance models and create the necessary attribution (partners, pixels, analytics)
- Develop campaign reporting documents and formulate optimization recommendations for client presentation
- Understanding of available vendors, targeting and optimizations related to objective-based performance
- Hands-on experience working with Facebook, AdWords and Programmatic buying platform
- Experience with third-party ad servers (DoubleClick, Atlas, Flashtalking, PointRoll, MediaMind, etc.)
- Knowledge of print, broadcast, OOH and/or experiential planning
- Experience working with syndicated research tools (comScore, Nielsen, MRI, eMarketer, etc.)
- Strategic thought leader – ability to use consumer insights, data, platform performance and key social media trends to inform the development of integrated connection plans
- Develop intelligent measurement plans with our Marketing Intelligence team
The ideal candidate:
- 3-5 years of relevant, diverse media experience with a strong knowledge of online media – including media properties, online advertising, paid search, paid social, ad-serving, programmatic buying and media integration
- Understanding of the interaction between strategy, content and audience management
- Proven experience creating and implementing offline media, social media / real-time marketing campaigns
- Understanding of community management, participation frameworks, advocacy, influencer outreach, publishing and creative best practices specific to the social media landscape
- Working knowledge of major social media platforms (Facebook, Twitter, Tumblr, Instagram, Pinterest, YouTube, etc.) as well as emerging platforms (i.e., Snapchat, Whisper, etc.)
- Possess above-average math skills, analytically strong with proven ability to demonstrate data interpretation capabilities
- Exhibit strong attention to detail and comprehensive follow through
- Candidates should be seasoned presenters who know how to “own” a room
