Summary
Morgan & Morgan P.A. is seeking a passionate and proactive Online Community Manager to join our Marketing team. The right candidate is a strong communicator and collaborator who has deep experience in reputation management and social media. This candidate should also be adept at analyzing performance metrics and identifying opportunities to engage the community using an authentic touch.
Candidates should have at least 2 (two) years of experience in managing social media accounts, community management, customer service, reviews, client satisfaction, and/or public relations/communications.
Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and expand our community engagement programs on both owned and unowned channels
- Develop and implement a community management strategy that puts customer satisfaction first, and responds to online reviews and feedback in a timely manner
- Scan daily social media feeds (Google Local, Yelp, Facebook, etc.) for opportunities to engage with our community of clients
- Identify and classify opportunities into specific outreach groups, and influencer type
- Respond to all inquiries and /or daily messages with helpful information or feedback
- Summarize responses by platform, and provide update of weekly reporting KPIs to stakeholders
Qualifications
- Basic understanding of SEO
- Experience engaging with social media hashtags, mentions, or messages on behalf of large brands and/or businesses
- Background using social listening software; e.g. ability to make decisions based on data and set quantitative goals
- A good track record of responding to customer feedback, or messages, with thoughtful, positive interactions
- Collaborative and positive energy
