We are looking for an ambitious client-facing talent who can help our team stay organized, coordinated and working seamlessly from social media project stages that include creating go-to-market strategies, communications plans, content calendars, event and product activations and launches, and a bevy of proactive and reactive content.
About You
You are the glue that bonds together integrated strategies for influencer marketing (and social) projects. You help maintain forward momentum for the project, define and ensure milestones are met, coordinate SMEs across time zones and offices and support the client relationship and influencer relationships. You provide air cover to our strategy team and make the work run smoother and the final output better.
You should feel comfortable evaluating opportunities and strategies in social strategy and content projects with influencer, content, commerce, and tech components. You should know who needs to be involved in the conversation each step of the way.
You will be working with multiple teams at Ogilvy, including a team of influencer strategists, story and systems social strategists, brand strategists, account partners and planners, commerce, media, analysts and creatives.

- Develop and execute influencer and social campaigns and storytelling as components of key product launches and seasonal strategies.
- Act as main POC for all client, influencer, and internal team communications and build strong relationships. At the end of the day, you make sure the team has what it needs to create great work.
- Work with the team and client stakeholders to instill and enforce processes, workflows and tools that support the successful delivery of client work.
- Set up and host all meetings.
- Maintain and enforce high standards of communications and documentation, including status reports, timelines, scopes, change orders, burn reports, asset management, presentations.
- Ensure project adheres to timeline. Identify and communicate changes in timeline, including implications.
- Facilitate on-time deliveries that achieve the project requirements while maintaining quality standards.
- Add influencers as vendors into our payment systems.
- Contract influencers.
- Maintain influencer database.
- Engage with cross-discipline teams to assist with dependencies and related support.
- Communicate production status & deliverable expectations to stakeholders.
- Generate regular reporting and maintain updated scoping assessments, including scope expansion opportunities.
- Oversee completion of daily assignments, including but not limited to research, strategy development, content planning and production, tagging/trafficking, reporting and optimizing, paid spend planning and tracking, etc.
- Share opportunities and POVS with client and be convincing.

- Solid knowledge of influencer and PR marketing, social media best practices, digital trends and the social media, earned media and content landscape.
- Deep understanding of the different mechanisms of varied platforms, including Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, Clubhouse, Pinterest, Snapchat, Reddit, TikTok, Twitch, etc.
- Experience with social media and influencer content management & listening platforms like Sprinklr, Ads Manager, Creator Studio, Creator IQ, Netbase, and social media go-to tools.
- Strong time management skills.
- Attention to detail and advanced follow-through skills.
- Self-motivated with a hands-on approach.
- Able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
- Must demonstrate assertiveness, confidence and passion.
- Demonstrated experience leading small to medium-sized integrated teams.
- Experience creating processes, collaborating and driving results with internal & external cross-discipline teams.
- Excellent written and verbal skills: listen & communicate with empathy (required).
- Proven ability to handle pressure and tight deadlines with a calm demeanor (required).
- Creative thinker who can bring new ideas and keep our client brands relevant.
- 4+ years of experience with emphasis in Digital Marketing, Social Media Strategy or community management
- Ability to navigate an organization and a variety of personalities and build consensus.
- Ability to apply analytical skills to develop insights and presentations to leadership team.
- True passion for storytelling, influencers and social media.
