Influencer Coordinator
Overview:
Under the direction of the Digital Education Manager, the Influencer Coordinator will work cross-functionally to support our influencer programs to drive brand awareness, education, content creation and ultimately revenue. The candidate will help us identify, manage communication, and cultivate professional hairstylist relationships. This individual has superior relationship building skills and is a team player.
Tasks and Responsibilities:
• Manage the roster of macro, mid-tier and micro influencer partners
• Create and conduct influencer briefs for creatives including essential product messaging and claims to support ambassador content creation
• Work with creative and education team to develop brand guidelines for ambassadors to follow as they work on content requests
• Review content deliveries and provide feedback to ensure it meets briefings and adheres to branding requirements
• Organize quarterly calls to review the performance of the programs and suggest improvements
• Manage the status of stock provided to ambassadors and throughout campaigns
• Track contracts and usage rights for ambassador content, sharing with internal teams
• Remain on the pulse of influencer marketing trends to ensure creative and maximum exposure
• Develop campaign reporting to monitor the success of micro-influencer campaigns and find areas for improvements
Key Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree or higher
• Knowledge of beauty professional market encouraged but not required.
• Preferred 2-4 years of experience in Influencer Marketing, or related experience
• Strong understanding and passion for the beauty industry
• Driven self-starter able to take initiative and work in a fast-paced environment
• Organized with strong attention to detail
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Based in or near NYC
