What You’ll Do
As a Digital Marketing Strategist at Honeycomb, you’ll be responsible for researching, developing, and communicating strategic marketing plans to meet the company’s goals. In tandem with the Director of Growth Marketing, you’ll build and optimize marketing multi-touch, cross-channel campaign efforts. You’re results-driven, and can align marketing efforts with overall business goals, track progress day over day, and help us hit our inbound marketing goals! Everything we do is conversion driven. Preferred Skills and Experience
- Approximately 3 years experience growing digital marketing campaigns, preferably at a startup or agency
- Experience with building, testing and optimizing website landing pages using any of the following: WordPress, HubSpot, or a related customizable drag-and-drop website builder
- Able to analyze user behavior and data throughout the marketing funnel
- Experience with running campaign optimization and A/B tests across: email, social media, landing pages, website, and blogs.
- Some experience or comfort within Google Analytics to track and measure website data
- Familiarity with HubSpot or similar CRM.
- Preferred familiarity or ability to support reporting in HubSpot (or similar CRM) for email, workflows, social media data, attribution reports, lists.
- Maintain a data-driven approach through continual experimentation and optimization to exceed aggressive company goals; utilize a strong background in experiment design and evaluation
- Experience working with cross-departmental teams
- Comfortable working alongside content teams by providing briefs and direction for: email content including subject lines, landing page content, social media.
- Opportunity to QA social media ad content
