Compensation: $110,000 to $120,000 Annually
Our client is seeking and experience Influencer/PR Manager to join their digital team. They are expanding this area and heavily investing in this area. As the manager, you will lead and direct the NA strategy for Influencer marketing and Public Relations to generate reach and engagement, build community and participation, inspire product trial and positive awareness towards the brand story and products, and ultimately drive sales.
Responsibilities and Functions:
- Identify Influencer goals and KPI’s and develop influencer strategy that supports overall brand and business objectives
- Identify and cultivate relationships with Brand Ambassadors and Influencers, continually monitoring performance and optimizing partner lists / focus
- Manage Influencer agency in their development, execution and measurement of influencer plans
- Develop content ideas, manage and sign off influencer produced content
- Keep abreast of emerging trends, competitor activity, technologies and new influencers/ relevant industry experts, and integrate into strategy where relevant
- Brainstorm new, creative approaches to influencer campaigns
- Identify PR goals and KPI’s and develop PR strategy that supports overall brand and business objectives
- Manage PR agency in their development, execution and measurement of PR plans
- Establish and maintain influencer and PR budgets
- Lead the development of one direct report
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in PR, Communications, Marketing, or related field
- 3-5 years of experience in Influencer and PR management within CPG industry
