Senior Social Strategist, Influencer Marketing

Position Summary

We are looking for you - dynamic, best-in-class talent - to join the Reprise team as a Senior Social Strategist. In this role, you will serve as the day-to-day client lead and develop informed creative, and impactful social strategies, provide a fresh, new perspective on the ever-changing social landscape, help clients navigate and leverage cultural and social trends, and train and develop junior team members.

Job Responsibilities

  • Act as the day-to-day strategic social lead for clients. Create roadmaps to help our clients achieve their goals while generating work that is creatively brilliant, measurable, and drives business performance
  • Uncover and articulate consumer insights that inspire effective and differentiated social experiences and that help inform overall social platform and creative strategy
  • Conduct social assessments and research to uncover opportunities for our clients and use them to inform strategies
  • Effectively write comprehensive social briefs for big ideas or specific campaign efforts to guide social content and experiences
  • Guide creative teams in getting to the best possible work by sharing unique, distinct, best-in-class social content and experiences and shepherd the implementation of social strategies, in partnership with our internal teams and clients
  • Provide your own expertise and perspective on social media best practices and produce POVs for internal and external audiences
  • Lead regular client meetings and presentations
  • Collaborate with the internal and associated IPG agency teams on ad hoc projects and new business
  • Stay up to date with the latest cultural and social trends, emerging platforms, audience behaviors, and platform best practices and interpret for our client's business
  • Develop, train, and motivate 1-3 direct reports

Desired Skills & Experience

  • 4+ years of professional strategy experience
  • Strong background in social strategy including content, channel, and engagement strategy
  • In-depth understanding and knowledge of mature and emerging social media platforms
  • Ability to pioneer research to write and customize a social media strategy
  • Excellent communication and storytelling skills both visually and spoken
  • Strong footing in evolving culture and trends and ability to guide brands on when and how to be involved
  • Ability to manage client needs and expectations and guide internal teams
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills and ability to juggle several workstreams
  • Team player with effective collaboration skills
  • Practical experience with today’s social listening, community management, and measurement tools. Experience with Sprinklr and/or NetBase is preferred, but not required
