Assistant Manager, Global Integrated Marketing

The position will report to MANAGER, GLOBAL INTEGRATED MARKETING and will support the global marketing function, assisting in the development of our global campaigns, launches, and 360 activations across Brand, Body Care, Hair Care, and Fragrance.
Overall Responsibilities:
- Support the development of global 360° go-to-market strategies, collaborating with internal teams (Product Innovation Marketing, Creative, Trade, PR & Influencer, and Social) throughout process to ensure needs are being met.
- Support the building of toolkits to turn the strategies into action, ensure a clear and compelling business case, expected results, consumer insights and how to achieve goals through a clear, concise, and compelling document enabling global markets to focus on excellence in execution.
- Provide support executing promotional initiatives, including beauty box sampling, partnership sampling, partner co-boxing, review generation and direct consumer sampling initiatives. This includes working with Global Integrated Marketing, Supply Chain, and other teams to check inventory, arrange POs develop collateral, complete product forms, track shipments and research potential partnership brands.
- Support the Manager, Global Integrated Marketing & the Project Management team with the development of global asset lists, creative briefs, and activation briefs for the full suite of Global asset needs for each program.
- Work closely with Project Management and Creative Operations to ensure all launch deliverables are on-brand and on schedule.
- Provide support in the execution of partnerships strategy through updated pitch documents, outreach and 360 plan development.
- Maintain a detailed understanding of Global Launch Calendars, including market-specific programs, attending all 360 meetings, and recapping next steps.
- Support always-on content calendar planning and management, synchronizing across departments.
- Provide support in the execution of monthly global marketing reports, campaign launch recaps and competitive launch reports by gathering sales data, marketing initiative performance and creative performance and working with the Trade, eCommerce, Influencer & Social teams to ensure all key highlights are captured.
- Own the sample request process, partnering with cross functional teams to coordinate the fulfillment of all incoming sample inquiries for 360 launch plans. Support Manager in liaison of forecasting and receipt process with operations team.
Job Requirements/Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or relevant area preferred.
- Relevant intern experience in marketing background preferred.
- Excellent communication skills across departments and role levels.
- Must be highly detail-oriented, organized, self-motivated and be a team player.
- Must be proactive, incredibly organized, and a quick- learner.
- Proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel.
- Attention to detail and demonstrated ability to multitask and thrive with tight deadlines in a fast-paced, and energetic organization.
- Should demonstrate a passion for the beauty industry.
