About The Role

Since launching in early 2020, Ramp has experienced exponential product-led growth further powered by customer love of the Ramp experience and impact. We’re now looking for a Head of Brand Marketing who will work to share our story and make Ramp a household name. This person should connect to culture: campaigns, communities, influencers and find ways to amplify our awareness with high value communities. They will be passionate about developing creative and powerful ways for Ramp to show up in the world across all mediums. This is a key role on Ramp’s Marketing team, which will be tasked with influencing critical business metrics such as brand lift, share of voice, and brand marketing impact on Ramp’s ongoing mission.

What You’ll Do

  • Develop and own Ramp’s brand marketing strategy including awareness programs & broad scale advertising opportunities across all channels and mediums
  • Manage ongoing brand, customer and market research and sentiment studies to inform brand and campaign development
  • Partner with the Brand Design team to develop the voice & tone guidelines, and produce high-visibility brand assets including OOH, video, etc
  • Work cross-functionally with growth marketing, customer marketing, content, and product marketing to drive and execute small to large scale brand awareness campaigns including advertising and viral campaigns
  • Partner with other marketing leaders to manage and maintain brand consistency across all market-facing campaigns and programs
  • Build and manage a world class team of brand campaign managers, consultants, and agencies to inform and execute brand programs
  • Establish and manage influencer strategies across analysts, thought leaders, and market influencers
  • Define campaign success metrics and design/manage brand awareness budget
  • Measure, analyze and report out on impact and effectiveness

What You’ll Need

  • 7+ years experience in brand marketing or very similar role
  • Strong communication and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders
  • Experience building and managing a team of high-impact marketers
  • Excellent writing and editing skills
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and build excitement around work
  • Ability to work under pressure and adhere to deadlines is essential
  • Self-motivated and able to thrive in a fast-paced and self-directed environment
