Influencer Relations Strategist
The Influencer Relations Strategist will support the Influencer Relations team to pitch the most engaging and relevant talent on various paid and organic influencer marketing campaigns. This person will collaborate with various teams across all segments of TWDC (Parks and Resorts, Studios, Consumer Products, DMED) and work frequently with internal Marketing, Franchise, Sales and Synergy teams to determine the most effective influencer strategies to meet campaign KPIs. Furthermore, This person will also help build and foster Disney’s network of relationships with reliable, brand-safe talent/talent reps to secure the best talent for influencer activations such as events, campaigns, casting, and giftings. The Talent Relations Strategist will also support the Manager, Influencer Relations on a variety of administrative duties such as updating talent profiles, creating talent lists, pulling campaign reports, and representing the company at influencer events etc.
Responsibilities :
- Oversee full execution of organic campaigns (talent selection, outreach, reporting) including processing talent payments after campaign wraps.
- Support campaign execution team on paid campaigns and casting (creating sample talent lists, facilitating outreach, and inputting info into talent trackers)
- Interface with internal company partners and influencer talent/reps to support company influencer marketing efforts
- Talent wrangling and on-site support at various events, premieres, etc.
Basic Qualifications :
- Proven ability to build relationships with top talent and influencers (either digital or traditional).
- Experienced in dealing/working with talent (either digital or traditional), talent management teams (agents, lawyers, managers, and publicists)
- Experience in digital media, talent/artist relations, public relations and/or marketing.
- Experience with and knowledge of short-form video platforms such as YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, and Snapchat.
- Basic knowledge of word processing, spreadsheet, and presentation software
- Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in the digital space.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Preferred experience in Sprinklr publishing and reporting, Facebook and Instagram Creator Studio, TikTok/Instagram Reels editing, Google Products (Slides, Docs, and Sheets), photography, and Photoshop
- Able to be nimble and adapt quickly to new technologies and processes
- Perpetual learner’s attitude, always looking for ways to improve processes and learn and grow
- Passion for creating diverse, equitable, and inclusive content
Required Education :
- Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in Communications, Business, Marketing, Film, and/or related field and/or equivalent years of industry experience
