Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and proactive Influencer Marketing Coordinator based in Los Angeles to join our growing team! The Influencer Marketing Coordinator will play a pivotal role organizing the overall management of Bloom’s influencer program helping structure influencer outreach, management and strategy across social media platforms. The Coordinator will work under the direction of Bloom’s Influencer Marketing Manager with the aid of the Influencer Marketing Assistant and intern team. You should have prior experience in influencer marketing, especially in management, organization, and negotiation. This position requires strong organization, initiative, excellent communication, and analytical skills with a strong knowledge of the social media landscape. The ideal candidate has a background in influencer marketing on all social media platforms as well as a passion for cultivating and maintaining sustainable relationships with influencers.
Responsibilities:
· Manage influencers alongside the Influencer Marketing Manager
· Collaborate with the Influencer Marketing Manager in defining and executing the influencer marketing strategy across each social media platform
· Lead in the organization and management of influencers across platforms including TikTok, Instagram, YouTube and Podcasts
· Interact with Bloom’s other business segments including social media and operations to facilitate the success of Influencer Program
· Analyze insights/data to refine future influencer relationships
Required Attributes:
· Direct experience in influencer marketing
· Thoroughly engaged with TikTok, Instagram and YouTube
· Undergraduate or Advanced Degree
