Compensation: $40,000 to $50,000 Annually

Job Summary:

Green Cardigan Marketing is seeking a full-time Social Media Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate for this role will be analytical, creative, a collaborator, and driven by competitive mindset to drive online conversions. We are looking for someone who is a self-starter, and who is always looking for opportunities to improve digital media campaigns. Knowledge of the digital landscape, industry and influencer trends will be important to the role.

Responsibilities

  • Planning, building, executing and optimizing of both organic and paid media campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok & YouTube, as well as monitoring the progress of all social media platforms
  • Generate and analyze media reports for providing campaign recaps and recommended optimization.
  • Manages social media communications and follower engagement
  • Creates content that promotes audience interaction, increases audience presence on company sites, and encourages audience participation
  • Continuously optimize campaigns to meet and exceed short term and long-term goals
  • Identify campaign-level opportunities to improve or scale performance
  • Support other projects as needed

Qualifications

  • Great with details, follow-through and organization; Strong communication skills and unafraid to ask questions
  • Fluency in Microsoft Office suite and Google suite (Outlook, Excel, Google Sheets, Drive, and Slides, etc.)
  • Strong written, verbal and collaboration skills
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize and problem-solve
  • Solid understanding of performance marketing, conversion, and online customer acquisitions
  • Experience executing paid social media campaigns
  • Knowledge of video and picture editing software such as Adobe, Canva
  • Knowledge of content management systems
