We’re looking for a Sales Leader for the US Region to join the growing team of Influur.
The sales team will support brands to meet their marketing goals through influencer marketing strategies. We are looking for an experienced sales leader who’s looking for a new challenge. This position requires to build out and lead a growing team and achieve monthly, and quarterly KPIs and revenue quotas. Success in this position requires strong ability to build, lead and inspire a team, sales and analytical skills to make data driven decisions, and the ability to manage priorities in a highly dynamic startup.
What you’ll do:
• Build and manage a team of Account Managers and Executives. This also includes building different teams and verticals across different industries and regions.
• Define the operational sales strategy for the sales team, including developing/ standardizing operational systems to allow sellers to operate at a high-level productivity. Standardizing the soft skills (upsell, optimizations) to ensure our sellers offer a world class sales motion in a highly repeatable fashion.
• Understand broad vertical trends and translate into strategic areas and opportunities to drive growth of the business
• Determine individual quotas and account lists for the team
• Hold your team accountable to revenue quotas and KPIs
• Define, execute, and deliver KPI-driven measurement strategies
• Develop strategic insights, highlight opportunities, and provide structured reporting on performance in their market or market vertical
• Build a culture of sharing and disseminate best in class work across the team and broader organization
What we’re looking for:
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred
• 7+ years professional experience in digital sales
• 5+ years of experience managing a team
• A data-driven leader with the ability to lead large teams against aggressive challenging revenue goals
• Fluent in Salesforce, Tableau, Excel, and other sales productivity software
• Can facilitate meetings with multiple senior stakeholders
• Pre-existing relationships with marketers within the United States
• Comfortable working in a dynamic and rapidly changing environment
• Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus
