The Role

Working within the Myprotein North America territory team, reporting to the Affiliate Marketing Manager, the Influencer Associate will work alongside the wider territory influencer team to recruit, onboard and manage on-brand influencers as well as develop and manage effective marketing campaigns.

The successful candidate will be a proactive and creative collaborator and problem solver who’s passionate about influencer marketing and social media. They will be an excellent communicator with the ability to build solid relationships both internally and externally, as well as having strong analytical, negotiation and organizational skills.

Responsibilities will include but not limited to:

  • Research and identification of on-brand influencers across various categories including fitness, lifestyle, music & entertainment and sports
  • Part ownership of the Myprotein USA Influencer Database
  • Complete end-to-end relationship management of influencers, from initial outreach emails to product distribution and processing payments
  • Contribute creative campaign ideas and strategies to build global brand awareness for the brand
  • Use tools including Excel and Google Analytics to analyze and report on influencer performance, develop strategies for revenue growth as well as provide data-driven guidance to influencers
  • Liaise with Content, Social, Campaign, PR and Digital Marketing teams to execute 360 marketing campaigns and amplify influencer coverage
  • Collaborate on US-based influencer events and shoots
  • Partner with the central influencer team for local execution of global influencer campaigns
  • Liaise with NPD (nutrition) and apparel teams to ensure forward-looking strategies to drive recruitment and activation

Requirements

  • Degree in Marketing (Preferred but not essential)
  • 1-2 years minimum experience within Influencer Marketing (Preferred but not essential)
  • Comfortable establishing processes to streamline and scale recurring tasks
  • A genuine interest in health, wellbeing, fitness and an ambition to be at the forefront of this exciting area of digital marketing
  • An understanding of how influencers can play a key role in building brand awareness, affinity, content creation and driving commercial value for brands
  • Knowledge of both current and emerging global platforms including but not limited to Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, TikTok etc.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation and organizational skills
  • A proactive self-starter with a problem-solving attitude and the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines
  • Skilled in cross-functional collaboration and working with teams in various international regions
