Director Of Brand Marketing
The Role:
We’re looking for a Director of Brand Marketing to lead strategy and execution from top to bottom of the funnel for BRAVO SIERRA as we rapidly expand our nationwide omnichannel distribution.
This role will report to the VP of Marketing and lead both planning and execution of nationwide brand campaigns, new product launches, brand partnerships, influencer marketing, PR and CRM (email and SMS). You will join at a pivotal moment for brand marketing as we invest more than ever in nationwide brand awareness.
The ideal candidate has at least 5 years of brand marketing experience and at least 2 years of management experience, ideally in a fast-paced CPG startup environment. This role will manage several external partners and agencies, and eventually a broader internal team.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead omnichannel brand marketing strategy, planning and execution
- Own brand marketing budget, calendar and KPI reporting
- Manage large-scale brand awareness campaigns
- Lead brand partnerships, collaborations and field new opportunities
- Ensure on-brand execution and consistency across DTC and retail channels
- Oversee CRM strategy and execution
- Proactively collaborate with creative, operations, product and sales teams
- Manage and develop a direct report, freelancers, agencies and a future team
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in brand marketing, ideally at a fast-paced CPG startup
- Passion for brand-driven growth strategy and building a forever brand
- Proven experience in growing consumer businesses through influencer marketing, brand campaigns and strategic brand partnerships
- A positive, solution-oriented mindset
- Experience managing internal reports and external partners
- Excellent attention to detail and very organized
