Duties And Responsibilities

  • Paid Media (SEM, social, traditional, display, influencer marketing, partnership marketing)
  • Web analytics for customer journey visibility (Google Adwords, Google Analytics, Ahrefs other data tools)
  • Landing pages and optimization (A/B testing on web content, pages for paid conversion)
  • SEO and content recommendations
  • Liaise with the Sales Development team - ensure Sales Dev efforts are backed by paid
  • Own the Marketing Team's lead generation, including all paid digital efforts, web analytics, A/B testing on web properties, and SEO
  • Own evaluation of the entire customer journey with Formic and ensuring that we are applying the best and most data-driven approach to our top-of-the-funnel lead generation efforts. This person would have full agency and control over budget allocation, A/B testing, and measurement.
  • Manage Formic's digital footprint and deliver actionable insights for performance improvement
  • Meet explicit lead targets, which, alongside the Sales Development team, comprise the overall Growth organization’s contributions to the company’s lead targets

Qualifications

  • At least 4 years of experience in relevant areas of digital marketing (SEM, SEO, web analytics)
  • Experience managing a paid media budget
  • Excellent analytical skills, able to digest a large amount of data to derive actionable insights
  • Experience leveraging a CRM for B2B demand generation efforts (we use Hubspot)
  • Able to balance and prioritize a large number of potential projects to maximize the impact
  • Can learn the nuances of new industries quickly (prior experience with manufacturing and automation is a bonus)
