WHAT YOU BRING TO TEALIUM

We are looking for a communications expert who has a passion for strategic storytelling. You are naturally curious and can understand the business value of a data point. You get energized working with lots of different teams, using storytelling skills to create engaging content and helping land your company in the news headlines.

This role is both internal and partner-facing, and will serve as a subject matter expert for corporate communications and news-driven writing.

WHO YOU ARE

· You are a witty wordsmith. You understand content creation and can develop the right language to drive action.

· You’re the voice of the brand. You tell the story of ‘Why Tealium’ in all you do, to differentiate Tealium as the leader in the CDP industry.

· You live for public relations. Understanding the customer data ecosystem and what different companies are up to is exciting to you and you spend time daily developing ideas and content for PR engagement and news hits.

· You support the marketing team with your insights and project management.

· Your KPIs will be to drive employee engagement and a lift in brand awareness.

· Role breakdown: strategic storyteller to establish Tealium as the leader in the customer data industry.

YOUR DAY TO DAY

  • Develop and curate engaging content.
  • Assist in the creation and editing of written, video, graphics and photo content.
  • Produce content in response to events, webinars and presentations.
  • Maintain unified brand voice across external content.
  • Collaborate with internal partners to create and manage PR & Internal comms calendars.
  • Monitor relevant news sources and social media channels for competitive advantages and industry trends.
  • Review analytics and create reports on key content engagement and awareness metrics.
  • Assist in the development and management of public relations content and influencer marketing strategy.
  • Increase brand awareness of Tealium as the most trusted CDP.

WHAT YOU BRING TO TEALIUM

  • MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
  • Strong copywriting and copy-editing skills for public relations
  • Impeccable time management skills with the ability to multi-task
  • Passion for writing and PR with 2-3 years of hands-on experience
  • Proficiency with Google Suite, Slack and PR analytics tools
  • Excellent social listening and insight-creation skills
  • Ability to understand historical, current, and future trends in the industry
  • Detail-oriented approach with ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines
  • Excellent interpersonal skills; your colleagues would say you excel in building relationships
  • News release, business and technical writing skills
  • Self-motivated and capable of working in a fast-paced, startup environment

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Driven PR strategy for BtoB client in Tech/ Software/ SaaS industry
  • Successful track record of leveraging influencer relationships for increased brand awareness
  • Knowledge of MarTech and respective ecosystem, analytics, customer data in B2C and B2B
  • Proficiency with video and photo editing tools, digital media formats, and HTML
