About this Job

Ease Seating Systems is looking for an exceptional tech-savvy, entrepreneurial, and self-driven individual to help us grow and expand our startup’s marketing and sales efforts. The Sales Associate will be integral to our team to increase our sales and brand equity. You will work closely with our team in order to execute marketing strategy and sales.

The ideal candidate is an energetic self-starter with the ability to identify influencers and key decision-makers within accounts. You will discover qualified opportunities by responding to inbound interests and targeting outbound prospects to build rapport and establish long-term relationships. You should be an out-of-the-box thinker who is motivated by data and audience insights to support digital marketing plans that help drive both conversions and engagement. You will contribute to the strategic problem-solving process, and define marketing & sales issues.

Responsibilities

  • Drive top-of-the-funnel lead generation for account executives and sales managers
  • Update and manage all sales activities, opportunities, and account information in CRM
  • Consistently achieve a monthly quota of qualified opportunities
  • Research and generate sales leads
  • Meet or exceed required selling activity metrics set by leadership
  • Effectively manage sales pipeline via CRM platform
  • Hit monthly KPIs and build a team to scale your effectiveness.
  • Assist in digital marketing campaigns, influencer marketing, and SEO management.
  • Help marketing team with generating leads through social media platforms.
  • Handle live chat, phone calls, and email inquiries

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field
  • At least 1 - 2 years' of sales success or equivalent experience, preferably tangible products
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work

As a Sales Development Representative, you will receive a starting pay depending on your level of experience paired with a generous incentive structure.
