Compensation: $80,000 to $90,000 Annually

Female founded influencer marketing agency started in 2013 is expanding their Client Success team!

This firm works with the likes of Google, Ulta Beauty, Bumble, and Free Fire, just to name a few, to deliver full-service concierge services through a white-glove approach to clients, ensuring client satisfaction.

The firm is looking to hire a fully remote experienced Client Success Manager, reporting to the Director of Client Success, to manage daily influencer marketing initiatives and serve as liaison for clients.

Responsibilities:

  • Guarantee the success of clients and campaigns
  • Oversee end to end campaigns
  • Manage influencer payments
  • Responsible for all communication of book of business

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of Client Service experience (agency preferred)
  • Experience in project management
  • Proven track record of successfully managing large book of business
  • Interest in influencer and social media marketing
