Sr. Account Executive, Digital Strategy
About The Job
Zeno Silicon Valley is looking for a visual and digital storyteller to join our growing digital team. The ideal candidate should have a mix of social media, analytics, content marketing experience and a passion to learn. This storyteller will be responsible for executing the day-to-day execution of client programs with a focus on brand storytelling on social media channels.
As the content lead, you’ll be responsible for articulating stories, creative concepts for brand digital channels based on target audience, brand positioning/category, and social best practices. This will include copywriting and communicating creative ideas to the design team. This candidate should be a strong writer, with a deep knowledge of creative best practices across platforms and channels.
You’ll play a role in executing content programs on various channels like Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, Pinterest, and YouTube. You’ll also play a significant role in supporting influencer marketing campaigns, both paid and organic. Finally, we are also looking for a candidate who is data-driven minded and likes getting in the weeds ondata (primarily Brandwatch) to uncover trending topics for content marketing purposes.
Additionally, this role will be client-facing and should have experience interfacing with clients in-person, on calls, and via email. We are looking for a candidate who is detail-oriented and good at helping a team stay on track with deliverables. You better like to read and consume content and trends.

About You
- Must be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 (i.e., at least 2 weeks after last dose) and, if hired, present proof of vaccination before start date. Candidates may request an accommodation due to a disability or sincerely held religious belief or an exception required under applicable law
- At least 3 years of experience in social media or content marketing
- Minimum of bachelor’s degree in journalism, PR, marketing, or other related
- Strong understanding of data and how it can be used to create content
- Experience with promoting social media content on Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Pinterest, LinkedIn, YouTube
- Stellar copywriting skills, including experience writing social ad copy for brands
- Excellent time management skills and highly organized, with experience working simultaneously on multiple clients and projects
- Extremely comfortable with Microsoft Office applications, especially PowerPoint
Pluses
- Proficiency in Photoshop, Premiere, After Effects, Canva, animation and motion graphics
- Certification in Facebook Blueprint, Twitter Flight School and Google Analytics
- Social media management tools like Sprout, Sprinklr, HubSpot, Hootsuite, Salesforce and Khoros
- Experience with Streamyard
- Proficiency in using social intelligence platforms like Brandwatch, Audiense and Traackr
- Proficiency in Google Analytics and various ad platforms
- SEO and content marketing platforms (BrightEdge, Moz Pro, SEMRush)
- Experience with cross-channel integration
- Proficiency in Google Tag Manager or Google Data Studio
