We are looking for a bright and motivated Talent Coordinator who will be responsible for providing support to the Accounts Team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for influencer marketing and knowledge of platforms like YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Twitter, Snapchat and more. The Talent Coordinator is expected to be extremely organized, detail-oriented, creative and able to multi-task.

Responsibilities:

  • Support the Accounts team.
  • Provide influencer recommendations across several social media platforms and
  • verticals within gaming, lifestyle, beauty, travel and more for relevant campaigns.
  • Communicate influencer information to key stakeholders in a timely and
  • professional manner.
  • Build and maintain relationships with influencers while ensuring continued research
  • into new talent.
  • Track and report on influencer campaigns using internal systems and tools.
  • Support Accounts team with influencer payments - billing and invoices
  • Monitoring and reporting on relevant industry trends, events and opportunities to
  • appropriate teams
  • Partner cross functionally with other teams.

Requirements:

  • Excellent understanding of the social media landscape and influencers – should know popular creators on various platforms off hand.
  • Highly organized and motivated with the ability to constantly multi-task in a fast- paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office-Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Google Docs
  • Excellent social communication skills- able to build and maintain influencer
  • relationships.
  • 4-year college degree or equivalent experience is a plus.
  • At least 1 year working industry experience or applicable internships.
