🎉 As the Head of Field Marketing for the hottest Gen-Z dating app you will be responsible for the most creative and captivating offline marketing plan of 2022!

To make all that great work happen takes a lot of coordination and organization behind the scenes. Your will be responsible for creating and implementing experiential marketing concepts, and your responsibilities will include planning, execution, budget and inventory management, as well as the sourcing, hiring, and overseeing of field staff, vendors and independent contractors. A successful Head of Field Marketing will put a strong emphasis on brand and user experience.

Description of your activities:

✍️ Oversee the general operations of a marketing tour, including ensuring the tour runs smoothly, managing the onsite activation, field staff, and overall planning and coordination of the tour

👨‍👧‍👦 Hire a team of onsite field staff and support them with real-time coaching. Coordinate travel accommodations as needed. Manage consumer experience within event footprint.

🤠 Own the events calendar by overseeing planning, coordinating, and staffing the design, development, and implementation of sponsorship activations, offline experiences, mobile marketing tours, and guerilla marketing activations

💁 End-to-end strategic planning and ownership of Marketing / Growth initiatives

👌 Work with internal (CEO, CTO, COS) and external stakeholders like Growth Partners, PR agencies etc

📣 Work closely with the marketing team to appropriately advertise and communicate events

👍 Proactively handle any arising issues and troubleshoot any emerging problems during events

👩‍💻 3 - 5 years of event / experiential marketing experience

🏋️‍♂️ Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make quick, effective decisions when presented with unplanned challenges that may create a negative user/brand interaction

📊 You are metric driven and have the ability to draw insight from marketing data

💥 Social Media/Influencer Marketing knowledge & up to date with Gen Z trends and culture

💃 Be nimble enough to thrive in a fast-changing start-up environment
