Who We Seek:
PLBY Group is seeking an experienced Manager, Influencer Marketing to join our team. This individual will be responsible for driving audience engagement across existing, new and emerging platforms globally with an innovative strategy to drive revenue back to consumer goods engaging micro-macro influencers.
This person will have a proven history of success with Influencer campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Snapchat and many other platforms. The ideal candidate is creative, strategic, and has excellent interpersonal communication skills.
What You’ll Do:
- Drive ideation and innovation on Influencer content, voice, and storytelling to bring the consumer goods priorities to life engaging multiple audiences
- Manage the end-to-end operations of Playboy’s influencer marketing campaigns
- Partner with the marketing team to lead development and implementation of a broad range of content types across influencer from campaigns ranging from gifting, media, press, & experiential
- Identify relevant social media trends and translate into unique and ownable concepts for the consumer goods team
- Ensure content strategies are globally scalable across multiple different platforms
- Create an integrated influencer strategy around social content, engagement, comp & non comp influencer integrations, implementing our brand voice & revenue driving tactics
- Develop influencer strategies that maximize the relationships, ensuring 360-degree programs that bring content cross-channel and cross-brand
- Build a team of influencer partners for the brand, managing communications implementing, and coordinating with the rest of the consumer goods marketing team to get maximum impact for Playboy influencer campaigns.
- Create community building and user-generated content strategies that drive brand awareness and engagement
- Propose new ways to create and distribute influencer content across the social and digital ecosystem, including virtual experiences, editorial partnerships, and experiential events
- Demonstrate a strong vision for compelling content to work closely with the consumer goods team to identify new and innovative ways to grow audience and engagement through breakthrough content across all global social platforms
- Provide thought leadership and perspective on emerging technologies for adoption to keep the company at the forefront of developments in digital content delivery
What You’ll Bring:
- Minimum 7+ years professional experience in influencer content marketing, social media, and communications from a B2C and Direct-to-consumer perspective with strong, results driven e-commerce experience
- Both start-up rapid growth, and large enterprise brand experience is a plus
- Experience running best-in-class influencer campaigns with an understanding of the rapidly changing competitive market
- Exceptional organization, prioritization, and time management skills to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Self-starter mentality with demonstrated ability to develop, coach, create focus and clarity across multiple teams, and communicate on an ongoing basis to provide context
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, and an ability to influence stakeholders
- Solid media contacts are required
- Understanding of Influencer dashboards & platforms i.e. Tagger etc. required
- Contract, Invoicing & payment responsibility
- Possess an understanding of the digital creative process, social marketing, content marketing, retail marketing and consumer product marketing as it relates to Influencer driven campaigns
