Compensation: $50 to $75 Annually

We are looking for a senior social media strategist to join our team freelance/part time to lead strategy projects and junior strategist/interns on our team.

The Details

  • Hourly Rate Range: $50-75
  • Estimated: 23-32 hours per month
  • Remote (but EST preferred)
  • Estimated Start: June 1st

Duties:

  • Continuing to improve our strategy development process, keeping it up to date
  • Managing and reviewing work of strategy interns, paid ad manager, and influencers/partnerships manager on our team (and handling their bi-weekly one on ones)
  • Being a part of our monthly leadership team meetings
  • Leading new client strategy projects and presenting portions of strategies for new clients
  • Bi-weekly strategy presentations to the team on new social media strategy updates as well as new media (like NFTs/Metaverse)

Skills/Experience:

  • Self Starter
  • Leadership/Team Management Experience
  • Love for social media
  • Experience in organic, paid, and influencer marketing (ideally for CPG brands)
  • Interest in new media like NFTs and the Metaverse
  • Excellent Communication Skills (Written and verbal)
  • Creative
  • Detail Oriented
  • Well Organized
  • Excellent Time Management
  • Critical Thinking/Ability to troubleshoot a problem/issue
