Gorilla is looking for a Social Media Manager with a passion for social media strategy and influencer marketing. You will report to a Social Media Supervisor and support the program management of social media campaigns on behalf of key clients, spanning social strategy, influencer relations outreach, and social listening.

We are looking for candidates who can get projects started on their own and have in-depth knowledge of social media platforms, influencer marketing, and the latest social trends.

What you'll do:

  • Plan | Assist with all aspects of campaign planning, activation, outreach, tracking, and quality assurance. Support campaign details across multiple programs at once, including reviewing content, monitoring for live content, coordinating weekly reports, completing social media audits.
  • Collaborate | Work with team to source, vet, and complete outreach to influencers. Support social media team to develop social media content and strategy to guide positive brand conversations.
  • Process | Assist with campaign tracking, managing assets, analytics, and day-to-day campaign logistics. Ensure timely onboarding and payment processing for vendors.

What you'll need

  • 3-5 years of experience in social media marketing and/or influencer relations
  • High standard of quality across all project outputs and managing client feedback
  • Active user of major social media platforms and professional knowledge of social networks such as Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, TikTok, and YouTube
  • Experience working on influencer campaigns and completing outreach to partners and talent agencies, particularly CPG clients
  • Experience using social media listening and monitoring tools (ex. Brandwatch, Sprinklr, etc.) is a plus
  • Agency experience preferred
