THE ROLE
Our influencer and creator work spans across social channels, with a focus on TikTok and emerging platforms; from individual influencer-led videos to headline talent on massive disruptive campaigns. Our work hinges on our best-in-class relationships with influencers and creator talent, and you will help build and foster those relationships, along with helping us innovate in the social space. While TikTok is a massive part of our work, our clients are increasingly asking us to expand into new areas, from new product development to in-store experience.
Seeking an empathetic and passionate leader who will lead our current team of seven and the growth of our expanding influencer marketing department. You will impact our company’s thought-leadership in the creator-led marketing space, and help push our clients to tomorrow, while simultaneously collaborating on the development of influencer and creator-driven campaigns on a large number of simultaneous projects.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Mentor the team and facilitate their professional development and guide them to deliver outstanding work for our clients and internal teams
- Refine and expand the influencer marketing function, and improve processes for seamless cross-functional collaboration.
- Develop, manage, execute and assure quality control on multiple social media/ influencer campaigns on TikTok and other social media platforms
- Collaborate with creative, strategy, client service, production, and cross-functional teams to build and integrate influencer strategies across multiple simultaneous campaigns
- Build relationships with creators, influencers, managers, and agents
- Collaborate with a range of teams (Clients, Legal, Production) to manage and negotiate influencer agreements
- Develop influencer selections to be presented internally and externally
- Stay on the cutting-edge of trends across social, especially TikTok and Instagram

QUALIFICATIONS
- 10+ years of professional experience managing influencers for marketing campaigns
- Deep passion for TikTok; experience with TikTok influencers a big plus but not required
- Experience building and scaling influencer marketing programs
- Passion for delighting clients and going above & beyond
- Takes initiative and has a caring and collaborative approach to leadership
- Keen eye for detail with the foresight to think about the bigger picture
- Experience working with internal and/or external agencies and Fortune 500 clients
- Super organized, experience managing and executing multiple competing priorities simultaneously.
