Influencer Marketing Coordinator – US
Sunday Riley is looking for an Influencer Marketing Coordinator - US to join the PR & Influencer Marketing Department.
Responsibilities
- Manage relationships with key social media influencers & tastemakers
- Responsible for upkeep & management of influencer/tastemaker database
- Own logistics for all US shipping needs, and assist shipping for global team where needed
- Responsible for all components of an influencer gifting; execution, sourcing, shipping, boxing
- Regularly communicate with existing network of brand advocates in order to foster strong relationships with the brand and a strong understanding of product knowledge
- Consistently source new talent across multiple platforms
- Proactively stay up to date with digital and social trends, monitoring competitors and digital influencer activity across social content
- Assist in management of influencer campaigns from outreach to negotiation to agreement execution
- Create influencer campaign recaps after each influencer campaign
- Monitor social media coverage and create reports that shows campaign results and conversion to sales and/or other KPIs
- Assist in both daily requests and large volume send-outs for influencers
- Fulfillment of daily product requests
- Daily monitoring of influencer social placements
- Daily monitoring of competitive brands’ influencer placements
- Report monthly and weekly on influencer tracking
- Pitch creative campaign event ideas across hero products & new launches
- Build brand awareness that ultimately results in lifting market sales
Preferred Qualification and Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in Public Relations, Marketing, or Communications preferred
- Passion for social media, public relations, influencer marketing and events
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Technology savvy
- Detail-oriented
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Highly motivated and team-oriented individual
