The Vice President of Digital Marketing will be a strategic lead and team coach on the digital team leading 1-2 of the agency's largest digital marketing accounts. Overseeing a multifunctional scope of paid media, social media, content creation, influencer marketing, analytics, and community management this leader will have a strong understanding of the full digital marketing space with the ability to lead a client to a high-impact strategy while operationalizing solutions with a cross-functional team.

- Agency & in-house understanding - You understand the process of staffing and new business at an agency while showing a proven track record of helping clients navigate strategy through their internal structures
What You’ll Do:

Day-to-day responsibilities
- Account leadership - You will be the strategic team lead on 2-4 accounts focused on influencer and social media marketing
- Team leadership - You will manage and support the building of a team of 10+ people
- Strategic planning - You build and deliver influencer and social media marketing strategies to our clients
- New business - You lead the pitch process for new business that related to your subject matter expertise
- Clients - You own the relationship across digital marketing with the client delivering strategic insights and operational process to bring concepts to life
What You’ll Need:
- 12+ years of experience working within social media with a focus on influencer marketing (agency experience preferred)
- 6+ years of experience supervising individuals and teams
- 9+ years of project management experience
- Portfolio of successful digital marketing campaigns with the ability to clearly articulate the process and campaign results
- Fluency with owned/social media channels,, emerging platforms and technologies
- Experience and comfort with Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, Outlook & PowerPoint), Google Drive, Datorama, NetBase, and other analytics platforms are a plus.
- Experience working with marketing & communications executives, as well as presenting to groups and stakeholders
- Previous experience leading and/or integrating with cross-functional teams (creative, communications, advertising)
