LHH Recruitment Solutions is partnering with a consumer goods brand looking to add a creative TikTok Manager to their team. In this role, you will create and curate weekly content for the brand’s TikTok Channel in partnership with the Influencer, Creative and Social Media teams. The ideal candidate has 3+ years of professional experience and an in-depth understanding of TikTok trends and best practices. Responsibilities:
- Create and publish content on brand’s TikTok channels to drive views, increases followers and is line with brand position and standard.
- Drive brand discovery on TikTok by creating and executing exciting content that supports the company vision and engages with the customer.
- Own the day-to-day community management on TikTok channels by communicating with the brand’s community in both comments and direct messages.
- Stay up to date on new algorithm features a well as TikTok trends and best practices so that the brand remains competitive and ahead of the curve.
- Regularly test content for ways to engage with new target demographics and discover opportunities for widespread reach.
- Analyze, report on, and draw actionable insights from TikTok content and campaign performance to optimize the brand’s presence.
- Work with internal teams including Influencer and Creative to come up with campaigns and content that support the brand’s marketing calendar as well as new product launches and seasonal changes.
Requirements:
- B.A. in Marketing, Communications, or similar field.
- 3+ years of proven TikTok experience including creating content, growing social channels, and analytics preferably from an agency, beauty, wellness, or skincare background
- Extensive knowledge and understanding of TikTok and its best practices including KPIs and growth strategies.
- Excellent time management and communication skills
- Versed in software such as Sprout Social, Photoshop, Canva, Dropbox, etc.
- Ability to oversee all TikTok channel communication including evenings and weekends with the support of a team.
