This agency is growing rapidly! We're looking for a Social Media Community and Reputation Manager who will work alongside Senior Level Social Media Account Managers, Project Managers and Account Directors to monitor, engage and execute community and reputation management for each of our clients' accounts while preparing for our next expansion. This little agency has big plans with local and global brand clients.

Alongside a team of account directors, project managers, graphic designers, and social media managers, the Social Media Community and Reputation Manager will implement social media marketing strategies and manage around 400+ accounts total across Instagram, Facebook, Instagram, Google and Yelp. Duties include checking inbound community management i.e. comments, check-ins, DMs, private messages, tagged posts, and photos on Instagram and Facebook. As well as execute outbound community outreach including finding #'s to follow, geo-location tags, potential influencer candidates, potential customers, trending topics, etc. Additionally, this position includes responding to Google and Yelp reviews, maintaining Google and Yelp listings and providing loyalty app support. The Social Media Community and Reputation Manager is a highly motivated individual with entry-level experience and a passion for designing and implementing social media strategies with a focus on community management and reporting. The Social Media Community and Reputation Manager must also have EXCELLENT intrapersonal skills, organizational skills to balance the different needs of the Social Media Managers, communication skills (both verbal and written), and have the ability to lead team calls with 5 - 10 participants while speaking intelligently about their community management trends, the current status of high priority watchlist items, and how our goals on community management on social media relate to company-wide or division-wide goals, specifically to guest recovery, guest satisfaction, driving sales, and building relationships in our communities.

This is a full-time entry-level position plus bonus opportunities. No moonlighting is permitted. Starting pay will be based on experience.

Key Tasks

  • Owns executing community management for 400+ social profiles for our local and global clients on Social Media (Facebook and Instagram *primarily*)
  • Social media communication strategy development (target messaging, objectives, actions, reporting)
  • Reputation Management for Google and Yelp reviews for 400+ listings
  • Responsible for maintaining and updating 400+ listings
  • Responsible for loyalty app support
  • Engage audiences
  • Support with reporting for all clients as needed
  • Strategic outreach to improve brand awareness, engage in social communities, engage with internal employees drive traffic, leads, and sales
  • Firm understanding of hospitality customer service, user experience, and social media engagement
  • Be highly creative and innovative in copy while remaining within brand tone!
  • Objectives implementation, tracking, and full reporting
  • Benchmarking and analyzing existing competitions community management strategies + keeping up with current trends on social media as it pertains to social media engagement
  • Lead weekly team calls internally
  • Report directly to Account Directors and Project Managers
  • Additional responsibilities, such as supporting the Social Media Account Managers, as needed

  • Self-starter, ability to remain focused and work diligently 100% remote from home
  • Strong, professional written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Past experience in a digital marketing, social media, or reputation management position is preferred, specifically internships.
  • Familiarity with Facebook Business Suite, Ads Manager, Instagram, Yext, and Punchh is preferred.
  • Ability and confidence to manage a minimum of 400+ Facebook and Instagram accounts' community management and reputation management
  • Excellent knowledge of digital trends with a deep focus on social media
  • Ability to work independently, under pressure, and in a fast pace changing environment
  • Be responsive and respect deadlines while taking the initiative to create your own deadlines and expectations for supporting the team and client
  • Intensive time management in order to complete tasks on one's own time schedule
  • Have a strategic approach to social media community management planning and able to develop recommendations for internal team and clients in a proactive and timely manner
  • Strong copywriting skills
