About The Team:

Collectively's Community team owns a critical lane of service at the agency—casting and creator relationships. Creators are at the heart of what we do, and it's our mission to bring them to the table as true partners in our work. We are responsible for strategically pairing the right influencers with the right campaigns. Our work is conducted with creativity, ingenuity, out of the box thinking and thrives on forging great relationships with both talents and agents. About The Role:

This Community Intern will focus the majority of their time on supporting Collectively's gifting and product seeding campaigns for nano and micro level creators. They will also assist and support casting across multi-platform influencer campaigns while helping to grow our creator gifting community. This internship is part of the Community team, whose larger mission is to advocate for the creative community of digital content creators who work with Collectively and support castings across our portfolio of brands. The internship will provide education and experience across four crucial areas: community growth and creator database management, creator support and customer service, creator casting and matchmaking for select campaigns, and content marketing. This internship will support the Community team in an operational capacity as needed, including Salesforce administration and refining internal tools and process development.

Responsibilities:

Sampling Management:

  • Support all aspects of sampling programs from start to finish—while working closely with key members on the Collectively Community team
  • Help grow Collectively's sampling community by actively identifying new creators across Instagram and TikTok to recruit across all gifting programs; lead initial sign-up outreach to all newly identified creators
  • Respond to inbound inquiries from new and existing community members and provide excellent customer service and support; Manage email responses to creators across all our sampling email aliases
  • Assist in creating client-facing creator lists
  • Support the maintenance of Collectively's creator database with impeccable detail, consistency and thoroughness
  • With oversight from the team, assist in developing campaign landing pages via MailChimp and sign-up surveys via Typeform
  • Assist in the weekly onboarding of new creators and existing creator account updates

Program Tracking and Reporting:

  • Support with creating seeding campaigns using our third-party software & tracking platforms
  • Vet campaign trackers at the end of the program to ensure all items tracked are relevant

Casting Support:

  • Assist with various casting requests, including influencer research and talent list development for Collectively campaigns
  • With oversight from the team, assist in developing campaign invitation emails and sign up surveys
  • Help build client-facing presentations that highlight influencer talent with compelling and persuasive writing

Team Admin & Operational Support:

  • Assist the team in preparing creator reports, lists and communications
  • Assist the Community team in managing internal process, meetings, timelines and approvals
  • Assist in the maintenance of creator profiles
  • Support creator payment reconciliation, helping to ensure all key information is retrieved/recorded
  • Provide project support for communication initiatives for our creator community, including surveys, newsletters, product launches, and other key communications

Requirements:

  • Enrolled in a 4-year university, or an equivalent higher education institution, and actively pursuing a degree
  • 0-6 months relevant experience or coursework in marketing, PR or advertising
  • Knowledge of and passion for the social media and influencer landscape
  • Professional communication skills—both written and verbal
  • Strong attention to detail, eye for design, and commitment to producing quality work
  • High interest in the micro influencer community and ability to identify new talent
  • Ability to work efficiently across a variety of tasks and manage time appropriately for projects
  • Adaptability and a desire to work in an industry and landscape that's constantly evolving
  • Excellent initiative and proactive follow-through with all colleagues from peers to senior staff
  • Collaborative working style with positive attitude and enthusiasm for making great work happen!

Hours

  • Minimum 25 hrs/week, not to exceed 40 hrs/week
