About the Role
We are searching for an enthusiastic Influencer Marketing Coordinator to lead and grow the strategy and execution of Arber’s influencer marketing programs. This role will drive the expansion of our ambassador program, and partner with our Community Manager to improve how we perform as a best-in-class influencer marketing organization across all social platforms and channels. The ideal candidate would be a natural at relationship building and can represent the brand in an authentic and elevated manner with influencers.
What You’ll Do
- Develop and manage end-to-end influencer campaigns including sourcing talent, negotiating rates, managing contract development, influencer relations, and reporting
- Strengthen and scale our Ambassador program to be a thriving social community
- Ensure we have sustained growth in the influencer program, taking an extremely proactive approach with identifying new individuals to onboard into the program that can drive incremental reach & impressions
- Collaborate with the marketing team to strengthen and grow a best-in-class paid ad strategy via influencer content
- Represent the Arber brand and manage relationships with all influencer partners, talent managers, and contacts
- Manage project briefs, contracts, product distribution, and influencer deliverables ensuring they are organized and meet deadlines
- Maintain a pulse on competitive brands, trends, and new ideas
- Manage influencer budget & track invoices
- Bring new ideas to the table to help scale by testing and learning across all platforms
Who You Are
- 2+ years of professional experience leading influencer marketing strategy and campaign execution for an influencer network, agency, or retail brand
- Strong passion for building relationships and cultivating community. Prior experience in growing and scaling a digital community is a huge plus
- Extremely strong written and verbal communication skills
- Exceptional storytelling and presentation skills
- Understanding and awareness of current and emerging social media platforms & influencer trends
- Creative, problem-solver who is self-motivated and resourceful with a positive, can-do attitude
- A proven balance between creative and analytical skillsets, with demonstrable attention to detail
- Bonus points if you have a green thumb
