Social Media Marketing Manager

Remote (Beaverton/Hillsboro, Oregon are preferred locations)

5-10% travel

Full-Time or Contract

Social Media Marketing Managers are responsible for establishing, developing, leading, and creating connected experiences that engage audiences across key platforms. You are process driven and comfortable working cross-functionally. You will create clear measurable strategies and content that demonstrates expert leadership in social media.

WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON:

- Set up and manage industry expert editorial calendars

- Develop content strategies

- Create influencer and industry targeted campaigns

- Manage content development, reporting, and general messaging

- Provide clear POV’s and willingness to align / educate with partners

- Design to ensure platform-right, channel-right, right-audience content

- Make data-informed recommendations that increase clicks and shares

- Partner with sales team to support live event cross-channel marketing

- Drive awareness and trust in RippleWorx executives

- Make timely recommendations on how to pivot and change

- Develop and implement stand-alone social media promotions

- Leverage national initiatives to expand voice and audience

- Promote new product launches

- Lead generation; white papers, infographics, training videos, and others

WHO IS YOUR TEAM:

In this role you will be working closely and reporting to the Sr. Brand Experience Design Manager. You will partner cross-functionally with sales, customer success, brand, and subject matter product experts to identify priorities for powering social channels through strong storytelling, engaging designs and copywriting to expand the RippleWorx digital brand.

WHAT YOU BRING:

- Team-oriented ability to work collaboratively

- Proven ability to write in a brand voice

- 3+ years in social marketing, content creation, and campaigns

- Proven ability to create end-to-end engaging social content

- 2+ years experience creating in online platforms such as Canva

- 2+ years working in Adobe Photoshop

- 1+ years working in Illustrator (InDesign a bonus)

- 2+ years owning editorial calendar with CoSchedule or similar

- Strong research skills

- Proven ability to report on analytics for data-driven recommendations

- Interest in the Air Force, law enforcement, education, and sports

- Curious and with ability to learn new tools quickly

- UX/UI experience a bonus but not required
