What We Need

We’re looking for someone to help us build an influencer affiliate network that is managed internally. We know that influencers and creators have the power to drive overall awareness for our brand, and we also know that they can be used to drive directly-attributable revenue.

This role will partner with the existing influencer team to build a sustainable model that leverages influencers to drive revenue on our DTC site through an affiliate model. This role will have a direct impact on both awareness levels and revenue growth of the brand. The right candidate will be able to build upon our existing influencer program - growing relationships with new creators that drive attributable revenue.

Key Responsibilities

This role uniquely blends the best of relationship management, data-driven marketing, and e-commerce prowess. Key responsibilities include:

  • Identify and reach out to influencers who have the ability to drive revenue while working in an affiliate model; communicate with influencers and agents to set up contracts and deal structures.
  • Develop custom offers for the influencers to share with their audience that drive new customer acquisition
  • Map out commission structure to appropriate reward and compensate creators within the program
  • Partner with influencer team to ensure that influencer affiliate program builds upon strengths of the current influencer program
  • Partner with e-commerce team to develop unique user flows to ensure high conversion and revenue potential
  • Measure and report on program performance using in-house analytics and third-party tools; share insights and results with cross-functional and exec stakeholders on a monthly basis

Who You Are

You are able to learn quickly and take initiative, as our company is dynamic and ever-evolving. To succeed in this position, you will need to be:

  • Passionate about influencers, social media, the communities that thrive there and keep up with platform changes, popularity, trends
  • Fluent in DTC marketing strategies and affiliate models; can walk the walk and talk the talk
  • A self-starter who is comfortable working independently
  • Personable, open-minded and flexible with demands and changes in an entrepreneurial, very fast paced environment
  • An effective relationship manager who can connect with influencers and fellow team members
  • A “numbers person” who is able to make decisions informed by data

Qualifications:

  • B.A. in Communications, Marketing or similar
  • 4-5 years experience in influencer and social media marketing
  • Demonstrated interest and passion for influencers and social media
  • Comfortable with G-Suite, especially Google Sheets, Calendar, Slide
  • Excellent communication and writing skills
