About the Job

Reporting to the CMO, the Director of Social & Influencer will oversee strategy against social content, influencer marketing and advertising partnerships. You will work closely with our in-house creative team to drive impact across all social channels and be responsible for building relationships with key industry partners.

This Director is a creative and highly motivated individual with experience in connecting with current and future customers and brand ambassadors. In this role, you will engage with fans and influencers daily, develop and expand our online reputation, and leverage existing content and PR to create compelling content. This individual will oversee the company’s social media accounts, focusing on organic content marketing, community engagement, influencer outreach and brand management, and will work closely with the digital advertising team to create synergies in social media efforts.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the development and execution of influencer strategy designed to impact the entire consumer journey, from awareness to conversion
  • Have an interest and understanding of social media best practices and trends on social media platforms to keep teams informed of industry changes
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to fully integrate social/influencer efforts into 360 marketing programs
  • Community management across all social channels as well as our VIP ambassador program
  • Develop and manage digital marketing calendar that can be utilized across social channels and email marketing
  • Drive big & disruptive campaign ideas across social & influencer
  • Manage and negotiate influencer contracts, ensuring clear scope of work, alignment on timeline and deliverables while driving cost efficiencies
  • Measure the success of every social media campaign using analytical tools, such as Grin & Falcon
  • Develop and report on clear KPIs and tracking metrics

Qualifications

  • 7+ years of influencer, or related marketing experience
  • Strong verbal, written and interpersonal skills
  • Excels in fast-paced, collaborative environment
  • Passion for the intersection of creativity and data driven insights to make strategic decisions
  • Excellent knowledge of Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Instagram, Tik Tok and other social media best practices
  • Familiarity with online analytical tools and social scheduling applications, such as: Grin, Falcon and Google Analytics.
  • Strong aptitude with analytics and interpreting data into creative, action-oriented insights.
  • Experience in the CPG and/or “better for you” space
  • Firm understanding of KPIs
