Manager, Influencer Marketing

Legacy fast fashion company based in Brooklyn, NY is looking for an Influencer Marketing Manager with a passion for creativity and experience running Influencer + Ambassador campaigns. You will be working with Senior Leadership to develop campaigns on Instagram, Tiktok and YouTube while continuing to build a roster of partnerships ranging from Nano to Mid-tier Inlfuencers. Must have 3 + years of experience to be considered. This is a hybrid schedule - 3 day IO 2 days WFH.

The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, is proactive in identifying strategic opportunities and understands the importance of building relationships with brand partners. You'll use your expertise of influencer marketing to lead the execution of campaigns, from concept to kickoff to reporting, to ensure campaign strategy is successfully executed.

Core Responsibilities:

Lead the influencer marketing strategy, campaigns, and monthly budgets

Find brand relevant influencers from Instagram, Tiktok, and Youtube

Provide monthly reports on all influencer marketing initiatives

Build relationships with established and up-and-coming content creators, influencers and talent managers

Vet partners to make sure they are the ideal fit for the brand based on strategic goals.

Draft contracts (along with the internal legal team), negotiate fees, and manage the influencer relationship from contracting through campaign wrap-up

Creative Concepting & Campaign Execution

Collaborate with the Social team to concept activations

Responsible for developing campaign materials including creative briefs, key messages, and content guidelines for Influencer partners

Develop program KPI’s and provide monthly and quarterly reporting and insights, with recommendations to action learnings for future programing

Develop, lead and execute influencer community strategies that will increase brand awareness, engagement, consideration & conversion

Strategic Thinking

Lead brainstorms for inventive content ideas and topics that drive engagement both through influencers and social campaigns

Work in tandem with social media strategy to ensure that influencer and content creator assets seamlessly align with the brand’s social feed for usage

Brief external partners on top performing content that can be used for paid campaigns

Work with external media team to whitelist content.

Project Management/Team Management

Manage team workflow through Grin

Maintain status documents, invoicing, and processing payments.

You will be managing 1 direct report and invest in the professional development of your team as well as contribute to a positive company culture.

Collaboration

As part of this role, you will work with strategy, creative, social marketing, media, and other disciplines.

You are a natural contributor in meetings and are comfortable presenting internally and externally, as well as capable of bringing influencer-led ideas to brainstorms and new business developments.

Qualifications:

● Minimum of 3+ years experience in influencer marketing

● Experience using influencer marketing platforms (Fohr, Grin, Up Influence, Tribe Dynamics etc)

● Experience in managing successful Influencer campaigns across social platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube)

● Deep knowledge of the influencer and affiliates space, both paid and organic content on social platforms (e.g. content themes, verticals, best practices, KPIs, benchmarks, etc.)

● Understanding of campaign execution and measurement

● Ability to think strategically and execute tactically

● A self-starter and team player with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and balance multiple campaigns

● Excellent verbal and written communication skills
