DAM Coolers is a fun new outdoor and lifestyle company with a cool innovative take on products people have come to know. From our Vacuum Insulated Coolers to our 2-in-1 backpack coolers we have some pretty neat products that we want to share with the world.

At DAM Coolers, we believe that every product can be made better. We spend a lot of time in the design room making our products simpler, easier to use, yet more useful. We design Efficiency, Versatility and Practicality into our products. We like to say they are Light.Tight.Right.

When you work here, you will have the chance at helping to create exceptionally better products or to communicate what we have done to our patrons and future customers.

Together, you will help our customers get better quality products and the service they need to get the best out of them.

The Role:

This role is for a chance to be the first member of DAM Coolers ‘sales force’. We are looking for an energetic person to lead our Affiliate Marketing Program. In the role you will prospect and manage potential Affiliate’s for DAM Coolers. The Affiliate’s will be like minded people in the outdoor and lifestyle scene that will be happy to learn about and associate with our brand. Affiliates include but are not limited to; Social Media Influencers, Blog Post and website managers, Athletes, Students, Brand Ambassadors, Other dynamic personal and like-minded organizations that will be willing to associate themselves with DAM Coolers in a manner that will drive sales.

In this role the Intern will also help seek out potential branding partners for sponsorship. These include rising Athletes and people in the outdoor community.

The intern will also be signed on as an Affiliate and will have opportunities to earn for him/herself commissions on sales.

  • Affiliate Software: Solid Affiliate, AffiliateWP, Ambassador etc
  • SOCIAL MEDIA: Instagram, Twitter, Facebook, YouTube, TikTok, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Tumblr
  • Wordpress, Elementor, Divi
  • Canva
  • Mailchimp, Leadpages
  • Email
  • Extras: Web development tools

Responsibilities:

  • Assist the influencer team with prospecting new leads and making sure partnerships are running smoothly
  • Manage onboarding process with Affiliate partners and influencers
  • Engage with Influencers to ensure all their questions are answered, smooth partnerships, and technical brand adherence
  • Understand all DAM Coolers products and benefits in order to be of service to the Affiliates
  • Define and develop appropriate niche for Affiliates
  • Assist with creating unique programming schedules as requested by affiliates
  • Design and manage links and ‘creatives’ that affiliates will use
  • Monitor Affiliates to ensure that they adhere to brand messaging
  • Assists marketing team by researching images for creatives for seasonal deliverables
  • Be a champion for DAM Coolers brand voice to support marketing vision and business objectives.
  • Brainstorm, concept and implement creative ideas that garner “buy-in” in a measurable manner.
  • Be assigned single or multiple social media pages to manage and foster Affiliate engagement
  • Facebook, Google marketing accounts management when needed.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with Affiliate Marketing.
  • Ability to multitask, manage one’s time and demonstrate personal organization and ability to meet deadlines.
  • Various administrative tasks such as invoicing, maintaining excel sheets, pulling and organizing content, etc.

Qualifications and Attributes:

  • High School Diploma Required
  • Bachelor’s Degree (Must be in Process) – Sales and Marketing or Communications or Psychology, Public Relations or related field
  • 6 months to 1 year of Social Media Management, Marketing and Communications experience
  • Heavy Social Media awareness, presence, and experience
  • Attention to detail & string written and communication skills.
  • Must have access to computer, mobile phone and internet.
  • Must speak and write fluent English.
  • Proven ability to work well alone and in a team environment.
  • Strong proficiency with Microsoft Applications.

Job Type and benefits:

  • 20+ Weeks Internship
  • Comes with product perks.
  • Unpaid. But high sales commissions are available
  • Commissions based earnings only – Earn as much as 15% of all sales as an Affiliate yourself.
