SVP of Social Media Creative
Fresh Content Society is a Chicago-based social media shop that helps local and global brands design, build, and manage world class social media communities and paid media campaigns to increase conversions. We are growing and looking for someone to head up our creative department.
We are looking for someone who truly understands how to create engaging social media content and campaigns. Not only coming up with the ideas, but executing them in a timely fashion. You are responsible for planning content calendars on time, executing the copy and assets (graphics, photo, video, animation, and producing live videos). And to monitor channels with our team to create real time post opportunities. The person in this role will also manage another creative on the team so you will have support on execution.

Responsibilities:
- Lead content strategy across all social media channels and clients
- Manage 2 content creators on our internal team
- Create and manage social media campaigns
- Review post and campaign analytics to optimize performance
- Plan and produce photos, memes, graphics, videos, and live's for specific channels (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, Twitter, and LinkedIn).
- Work with internal and external stakeholders for alignment and reporting
- Plan shot lists and execute content at client events or shoots
- Monitor social media channels to leverage trends and real time posts
- Come up with social media campaign ideas and be able to creatively execute those ideas
Qualifications:
- Must have a proven track record of creating social content that performs
- 7 + years experience planning and creating social media content for brands
- 2 years of management experience
- Agency experience is preferred
- Must be a good communicator
- Must be able to meet deadlines
- Must be accountable and take ownership of the creative work
- Must have experience creating social media campaigns and executing them
- Must be able to work in a fast paced environment
