YOU ARE

The Head of Brand, Content and Communications has the main responsibility of developing our brand voice and creating a good public image and reputation by communicating our brand to intended audiences including influencers. Reporting to the Chief Marketing Officer, this critical role is part of the marketing leadership team leading the AR, PR, Content, Creative & Design, Customer Advocacy, and Brand teams.

Leading AR & PR, this role will own the executive relationships with SoftServe’s divisional leaders to understand their go-to-market strategy and provide a plan to generate recognition throughout the PR and influencer ecosystem in target segments.

Leading a team of content creators and designers, this role will assimilate GTM and marketing plans developed by Field Marketing leadership. The role will also create content strategies and an efficient operating model to deliver high-quality content throughout the buyer’s journey of our target segments.

As the head of brand, this leader will drive with the CMO the development of our brand identity and narrative by marrying the values we live by and what we stand for with our core audience’s deep values, needs and affiliations.

Leader with Experience in:

Public relations:

  • Generate global market recognition and reputation globally in key industries including but not limited to banking, healthcare, retail, manufacturing, and energy
  • Write compelling press releases, local media alerts, bylines, and sponsored content
  • Produce top-tier media opportunities as launchpad to the overall PR strategy
  • Evangelize about PR best practices across SoftServe’s executive team and ensure executive media preparedness
  • Monitor reputation and sentiment

Analyst and Advisor Relations

  • Analyze analyst and advisor ecosystem and propose by-market approach in line with our GTM goals
  • Respond thoughtfully and quickly to analyst requests and manage responses requiring the creation of deliverables and coordinating across stakeholders
  • Lead program activities including briefings, analyst inquiries and interviews
  • Prepare spokespeople for analyst engagements and assist with tailoring content for an analyst audience

Brand, Content, Creative, Advocacy

  • Develop brand identity and narrative
  • Plan and execute brand awareness campaign
  • Define content framework and operating model to support brand and field marketing campaigns
  • Build advocacy program starting with the growth of customer references

Additional Experience

  • BA/BS in Communications, Technology or Business preferred
  • Proven ability to work under tight deadlines
  • Experience working in global markets is required
  • Excellent communication, writing, editing, and project management skills
  • No ego
  • Hard-working and hands-on /servant leadership
  • Focused on monitoring and reporting performance
