Social Media Coordinator
SOCIAL MEDIA COORDINATOR
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following:
• Day-to-day account management of all Bella Dahl social media channels
• Manage the social media calendar to support the overarching brand marketing calendar and campaigns and ensure cohesive storylines
• Create and curate channel-specific content
• Manage Bella Dahl social communities
• Take flat lays and BTS content on photoshoots
• Collaborate with the creative team to execute into brand tone of voice and visual aesthetic
• Lead influencer program from ideation and pitching to campaign execution, including non-paid seeding and strategic paid initiatives to drive awareness, engagement, and conversion
• Facilitate seeding and manage contract negotiations and content creation approvals
• Build strong relationships with talent to foster increased engagement & identify compelling story angles, from day-to-day moments to dynamic experiences
• Track, file, and report on social content performance and recaps
• Manage channel budget
• Maintain understanding and competence of influencer best practices
• Work as production assistant on photoshoots
• Assist Art Director with content needs
