Description

  • Play an integral role in social planning, scheduling and reporting across our channels
  • Own posting on our social channels, from feed posts to Stories, brand collaborations and creator partnerships - even IG Lives with our team.
  • Monitor social KPIs to build Weekly/Monthly reporting and analyze results to optimize our social strategy. Striving consistently to reach new audiences and connect with our customers
  • Creatively support across different marketing activations such as events organization, e-commerce, retail and broader marketing campaign
  • Partner with PR/Influencer Marketing to assist on key events and influencer partnerships as needed
  • Pitch new ideas and solutions to accelerate our growth on social and digital innovation
  • Interested in learning and developing their career in digital and social media marketing
  • Assist with content development – i.e. concepting, photoshoots and overall social toolkit development
  • Keep projects moving by assisting the team with administrative tasks, account organization, data record keeping, and various outreach communications.
  • Social community management for one channel
  • Be the expert on influencer activity across the social-sphere (e.g., TIkTok, Instagram, YouTube) to report on trends, content and collaborations on a monthly and campaign basis.
  • Establish and foster relationships with key influencers to increase brand advocacy and identify creators that
  • are a fit with our brand’s aesthetic, campaign goals and KPIs
  • Great organization skill, filming and editing content

Qualifications:

  • Curious: Questions always encouraged and a desire to deep dive into beauty and beyond.
  • Analytical thinking skills: An A/B testing brain
  • Attention-to-detail: You cross your t’s and dot your i’s
  • Growth mindset: Consistently pursuing efficiencies and learning opportunities
  • 3-5 years experience in product or marketing across beauty, wellness or fashion prior to this role
  • College degree not essential: we’re open to applicants who fit our team and bring energy above all!
  • Communication skills: You speak TikTok and Instagram fluently, and know the difference.
  • Thrives in fast-paced environments
  • Flexible: Willing to work flexible hours and able to help with posting on the weekends
  • Highly detail-oriented, yet understands the big picture, with unprompted follow-through
  • Must appreciate and responsibly follow deadlines
  • Has professional maturity to elevate issues to CEO before they become problems
  • Has proactive strategic and critical thinking skills and the ability to take initiative, anticipate next steps and offer recommendations
  • Self-starter, accountable and highly organized with the ability to handle multiple projects at once
  • Team player with the ability to build, foster and nurture relationships with members of cross-functional teams.
