Social Media and Content Manager
We dominate the social media and digital marketing space with a reach of over 90 million people worldwide through our social media and our athlete partnerships. This is the perfect role if you're passionate about social media and content marketing. As the Social Media Manager you will be the go-to expert within Social Media with a focus on growing engagement, community and brand value.
You’ll be working alongside our world-class in house designers, videography and content team to bring our marketing plans to life.
Responsibilities
- Development and end-to-end strategy for Social Media campaigns with a focus on growth, engagement and brand/community building.
- Create and manage the social media content calendar and oversee the management of social media accounts.
- Create, source, and build original, hype content for social media, video, and other platforms.
- Ensure campaigns and activities are delivered on time and within budget.
- Build and track benchmarks for measuring success and ROI.
- Report on all key metrics and reporting.
- Analyse the market, competitors and audience providing actionable insights.
- Liaise with the influencer team to outline upcoming campaign shoots including creating shoot briefs.
- Oversee content shoots including scouting and booking locations and manage talent and videographers/photographers.
- Working with the creative team to brief, brainstorm and execute content shoots for campaign launches.
- Collaborate with the CEX team to make sure we are engaging in conversations with our customers and keeping on top of what our customers are thinking and feeling.
- Monitor social media activities, including Facebook, YouTube, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok and Pinterest.
About You
- Marketing degree or related qualification
- 3 years of hands-on marketing experience
- Experience with briefing, content creation, social media growth and performance
- A strong understanding of the different Social Media platforms and how best to create content/market on each of them
- Strong understanding of consumer psychology and behaviour, as well as brand building through storytelling
- An interest and passion in the health and fitness industry
- Articulate in both written and verbal communication
- Demonstrated skill in project management, collaborating and communicating with a diverse range of internal and external stakeholders
