Your Role

Reebelo is looking for a hands-on Social Media & Brand Marketing Manager based in the Bay Area. You have the chance to be one of our core team-members and will work together directly with our Country Director USA, who brings along several years of relevant industry experience.

Your Responsibilities

  • Create & execute Reebelo’s brand strategy across social media, influencer partnerships & CRM.
  • Build a relevant social media strategy to grow following and engagement.
  • Coordinate content production and posting across social platforms.
  • Provide recommendation and support on the launch of new social channels.
  • Community Management: Work with our customer success team, ensure timely responses to comments and online reviews (including Facebook, Trustpilot, etc.).
  • Engage with our target audience within and outside our community by commenting, posting in groups, participating in events, etc.
  • Initiate and scale influencer strategy and program. Develop and align influencer strategy around the marketing strategy.
  • Make Reebelo the US’ #1 go-to brand for sustainable consumption.

Your Background

  • Proven work experience as a social media & brand manager or similar role, planning and leading community initiatives and/or customer success. (e.g. building an online forum, launching an ambassador program, managing a brand presence on social)
  • Excellent verbal and writing communication as well as customer service and interpersonal skills
  • Hands-on experience with social media management. Ability to identify and track relevant community KPIs
  • Ability to interpret website traffic, knowledge of ecommerce (Shopify a Plus) and online marketing
  • Attention to detail, critical-thinker and problem-solver
  • Based in the Bay Area or willing to relocate
