Pandora

How You’ll Make An Impact
The Brand Marketing Coordinator supports Pandora's brand media and integrated marketing campaign initiatives. You will assist in the building of media and go-to-market plans; communication with external vendors, and coordination with internal cross-functional partners, marketing and/or creative teams. You will also support additional projects that fall within the broader Brand scope, including (but not limited to) influencer marketing, content marketing, festival and brand integration strategy, and events production.
What You’ll Do
- This role reports to the Senior Specialist, Brand and Multicultural Marketing in assisting with the creation of brand campaign media plans, as well as go-to-market strategies.
- Communicate with external media partners to request and review proposals and support their onboarding to Pandora's contracts and payment system(s).
- Brief in internal teams, such as Creative, Sales, Experiential, and other marketing channels, on the campaign strategy, deliverables and objectives
- Support broader Brand Org, including (but not limited to) campaign briefs, content marketing, festival and brand integration strategy, and events production
- Support our marketing leads with tracking campaign reporting assets and analysis of marketing campaign recaps
- Participating in brainstorming sessions and attend marketing/department meetings
- Engage in market research on competitor trends, brand innovations, and music and tech industry shifts.
What You’ll Need
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent, relevant experience.
- 0-1 years of experience in a marketing, media and/or communications role.
- Passion for music and all things digital.
- Proficient public speaking and presentation skills.
- Interpersonal skills and ability to interact and work with staff at all levels.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Ability to pay attention to details and be organized.
- Ability to project professionalism over the phone and in person.
- Willingness to take initiative and to follow through on projects.
- Creative writing ability.
- Excellent time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and multi-task, and work under shifting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Must have legal right to work in the U.S.
- Thorough knowledge of MS-Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access) as well as the Google Drive Suite of products.
