Are you a Twitter expert who has their finger on the pulse and enjoys staying up to date with trends, pop culture, and news plus have exceptional writing skills? If so, we would like to meet you! We're looking for someone to join our Social Media team who understands and can analyze Twitter analytics, present strategy ideas and draft creative copy.

Our ideal Social Media Coordinator for Twitter has exceptional oral and written communication skills. He or she has the ability to develop and execute engaging and unique content and has great customer service skills.

You will act as the voice of the Alani Nu brand and assist in management of content and community on Twitter.

Location:

Remote OR in the KY office if located within commuting distance

Social Media Coordinator - Twitter responsibilities are:

  • Concept & create/write daily Tweets for out brand(s)
  • Daily community management (listening to conversations, answering DMs and public questions, etc.)
  • Respond to comments and customer queries in a timely manner
  • Find relevant Tweets to engage with throughout the day
  • Stay on top of social trends, memes and language, surfacing trends to share with the team
  • Coordinating with the Marketing team regarding Twitter analytics, growth strategies, etc.
  • Ensure that communication and Twitter campaigns align with current marketing strategies
  • Monitor and report on feedback and online reviews
  • Ensure brand consistency by communicating with Marketing, Creative, Influencer/PR, and Customer Service teams
  • Research trends on Twitter that relate brand awareness and development
  • Build relationships with customers, potential customers, industry professionals and journalists
  • Regularly monitor Twitter activity related to our brand(s)

Social Media Coordinator - Twitter requirements are:

  • Proven experience with various social media platforms, specifically Twitter
  • Ability to adapt and pivot strategies to keep up with the ever-changing social world
  • Identify up-and-coming influencers and creators
  • Ability to communicate thoughtfully, expertly, and engagingly.
  • Ability to edit and write copy for daily posts
  • Monitor consumer engagement through metrics and be able to interpret those metrics.
  • Hands-on experience with brand management through social media
  • Knowledge of online channels of marketing and marketing practices
  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask
  • Ability to communicate well and actively work in a team environment
