Manager - Influencer Marketing
Job Summary:
The Manager of Influencer Marketing will work with Brand Engagement leadership to bring the influencer marketing strategy to life for Lowe’s. This role will serve as a steward of the brand on social, ensuring all partners, content and executions are aligned with and elevate the Lowe’s brand.
The Manager of Influencer Marketing will be closely aligned with cross-functional business partners (social media, public relations, brand marketing, media, etc.) and agency partners to meet business KPIs by bringing the influencer strategy to life through key marketing calendar initiatives, an influencer-specific calendar with continuous and opportunistic content, and support for paid media/affiliate opportunities.
The ideal candidate for this role has a proven track record of using influencers to help connect brands to culture, meet business KPIs and engage more deeply with target audiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of influencer marketers who work closely with cross functional partners, business owners, and other key stakeholders to develop strategic influencer plans and content to meet business goals.
- Possess industry-leading, hands-on experience running influencer campaigns for an established brand/agency.
- Serve as primary contact for agency and internal stakeholders (ex: Public Relations, Brand Marketing, Social Media) to lead process and reporting for overall program.
- Work with Director to refine the ongoing approach to influencer strategy and reporting, serving as the integrator across marketing and broader organization. Constantly seek opportunities to connect talent to a true omnichannel approach to marketing.
- Bring a creative approach and ownership POV to a role that serves as the first touch for the Lowe’s brand on social media. Recognize trends in social media and the influencer landscape and translate them into creative opportunities to help us meet business objectives in a way that resonates with target audiences.
- A strong background in influencer marketing with an understanding of contracting, affiliate marketing, and casting/measurement tools.
- Be a solution-oriented team player who can think quickly but calmly in real-time situations.
- Willingness to work at the pace of digital, including after hours and on weekends as needed.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelors Degree Public Relations, Business, Marketing, Communications or a related field
- 5 Years Marketing, Media, or related experience
- 3 Years Experience working in influencer marketing
- 1 Year Experience as a people leader
