About the Role:

As a founding Fashion Division member, this unique opportunity plays an instrumental role in developing a new, vertical specific client service offering. The position plays a critical role in the growth and retention of clients. Power Digital is seeking an Account Manager, Fashion Marketing to guide client account teams through all aspects of digital strategy and growth marketing This individual will work to drive performance through integrated marketing tactics across paid media, paid search, branding, traffic, content and conversion, and develop an understanding of our client’s business goals to help them reach and exceed their targets.

You will collaborate with teams of highly talented marketers by working closely to optimize efforts and provide performance guidance backed by fashion-specific strategic thinking. This individual will demonstrate exceptional leadership by gaining trust and providing unmatched strategic insight to their clients and account teams.

This individual will report to the Director, Fashion, Marketing.

Responsibilities:

  • Fashion Insight - Remain up to date on fashion trends, news, and best practices. Consistently infuse performance guidance with strategic, fashion-specific suggestions as it relates to tests, media approach, and creative. Execute on new “outside the box” fashion practices and key initiatives while gaining buy-in and support from the team and senior leaders
  • Growth marketing excellence - Guide the team through best practices across paid media, paid search, branding, and traffic and conversion
  • Communication - Own the client kick-off process and serve as your client’s main point of contact and relay direction to channel leads and account leadership.
  • Client excellence - Review and analyze client KPIs on a regular basis to ensure goals are being met. Make improvements using your expertise and experience in both fashion and performance marketing
  • Analytics - Work closely with and manage data and analytics teams to get a clear picture of campaigns and where optimizations can be made
  • Cross-channel Integration - Lead the charge on improving communication and workflow between departments to deliver a holistic marketing plan to clients. Use creative insight and experience to deliver best-in-class omni-channel plans to meet and exceed client goals

Requirements:

  • 4+ years of experience in strategic planning, consumer insights, digital integration, and client success, ideally in a digital or media agency
  • 4+ years of E-commerce experience required
  • 4+ years of fashion related experience in marketing
