*This role can be based in our NYC office or Edison, NJ office*

POSITION SUMMARY:

The Influencer Marketing Manager will strategize and build a best-in-class influencer strategy. You will enhance Bare Necessities’ brand presence by building strong online communities and brand advocates, oversee the day-to-day execution of contract, earned and paid media influencer campaigns.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

Develop a multi-tiered, data-driven influencer marketing strategy for marketing campaigns, ongoing seeding, and paid partnerships from the beginning.

o Execute all outreach, onboarding, sampling, gifting, and management of the influencer community.

o Strategize and identify creative influencer marketing campaigns to drive Bare Necessities’ brand awareness and reach.

o Partner with the Performance Marketing team to identify acquisition marketing opportunities through content and relationships with influencers.

o Create guidelines and timelines, reviewing content, tracking go live dates, recording performance, and generating post campaign KPI reports.

o Maintain the influencer marketing and partnerships budget and spend optimizations.

o Identify new opportunities for utilizing and partnering with influencers across channels.

o Manage Earned Media Value measurement.

o Ensure integration between earned owned and paid social teams.

o Identify and execute new/diverse brand partnerships, driving brand awareness and new customer acquisition.

o Maintain pulse on current and future trends, identify innovative concepts and new areas of development.

o Enhance influencer programs by developing new strategies and partnerships that contribute to revenue growth and amplify the brand’s mission.

o Performs other duties as assigned by Management.

QUALIFICATIONS:

o 4-6 years of marketing experience specializing in influencer marketing and/ social media, preferably at a fashion brand or retailer environment.

o Experience developing and managing strong influencer performance strategies designed to increase brand awareness, engagement, consideration, and conversion.

o Existing relationships with influencers and content creators and experience communicating directly with talent and agents.

o Highly analytical creative thinker with experience using analytics tools such as Google Analytics.

o Strong negotiation skills and industry knowledge of trends, best practices & innovations

o Must have extensive knowledge of major social platforms - Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.

o Possess an innate ability to nurture best in class relationships with internal teams working cross functionally.
