Position Summary
The Associate - Digital Creators and Partnerships is responsible for executing the company’s efforts to build and maintain creative, compelling, and results-driven relationships within online communities. This person will be responsible for maintaining the day-to day operations of all programming across digital creator/influencer and community-based programming. The role is responsible for analyzing performance as well as recommending and executing tactical optimizations to earn the attention and consideration of people to engage with our brands.
Essential Job Functions
- Execute tactical plans for digital creator and influencer partnerships plans across all brands within the portfolio.
- Track on-going the identification, negotiation and execution planning for all partnerships.
- Serve as a support for cross-functional marketing teams such as Brand, Sports, Music and Gaming in order to align planning to brand positionings, objectives and key results and to intelligently integrate our lifestyle ambassador rosters into the overall digital creator and partnerships programming.
- Ensure tactical execution of any and all activity such as, but not limited to, product sampling, RFPs for content, and media support plans for creator/influencer-driven initiatives.
- Ensure full and timely execution of all contracts, invoices and internal financial reconciliations to keep in good standing with partners and internally w/ Legal and Finance departments.
- Forge strong and trusted relationships with key brand evangelists and encourage interaction across brand channels. Develop, build and maintain appropriate business relationships to support the work.
- Tactical planning of individual brand efforts against brand goals and positioning.
- Maintain the content plan and schedule for distribution via appropriate channels.
Position Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in communications/PR, marketing, advertising, media studies, business, and/or related fields.
- 0-3 years of digital marketing experience, ideally with a focus in social media and/or content development.
- Knowledge of current trends and best practices for social media marketing and influencer marketing
- High EQ with experience and/or instincts in developing strong connections w/ online communities, and with influential individuals within communities.
- Experience with social media content management, community engagement and analytics tools, as well as moderate experience with creative software (e.g. Adobe Creative Cloud).
- Keen to work in a fast-paced environment w/ multiple stakeholders across multiple projects; able to prioritize effectively and communicate clearly.
