Digital Marketing Specialist
The ideal candidate has demonstrated an ability to gain followers and high levels of engagement with their own personal brand or previous employer or partner. If you have shown an ability to garner attention on social platforms for a previous business of your personal brand, this will be highly valued in the selection process.
Given your prior success and knowledge of social media marketing, you will be able to quickly take full responsibility for growing Coolspa's engagement and followers using digital media through posting organic content on Facebook, Instagram and Tik Tok. You will be tasked with capturing, editing, hash-tagging and posting content across platforms using a tool like Canva and the design suite with which you are most proficient. After campaigns have been launched, you will extract and analyze data across multiple channels and can leverage tools like Sprout Social for reporting and KPI's.
You will interface directly with management as well as our digital marketing agency. As we expand, this job could grow into a manger position, responsible for the brand of a multi-million dollar business with many locations in the top market in the world.
Responsibilities
- Capture content by taking photos and video of aesthetic treatments as well as patient and provider interviews and testimonials
- Edit content in line with branding strategy
- Clearly understand and implement digital marketing campaigns which fit client needs
- Provide analytical reporting of campaigns to stakeholders
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- Fluency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
- Experience with Adobe Photoshop or InDesign as well as video editing software
- Strong written, verbal and collaboration skills
- Experience with Influencer Marketing (preferred)
- Content creation skills (photo + video editing)
